Building Design
We use professional design software that allows us to create your project in 2D and 3D images. We can also provide you with high quality rendering images, videos and PDF files of your project.

We provide full construction documents for your specific project. If engineering plans and calculations are required, we will let you know.
3. Permitting
We not only hand you a set of plans; we also complete and submit the building permit applications with your local government. We then go further, we coordinate communications and answer the government questions on your behalf. At the end, we make sure you get a building permit to legally build your project.
